On November 20, 2020, the district learned that an individual in the Elementary School has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual is now in quarantine and will have to recover, receive a negative COVID-19 test, and be cleared by the Department of Health before returning to school.

Our district is working with the Saratoga and Warren County Health Departments on contact tracing efforts. As always, the County Department of Health will contact you directly if you or your child were in close proximity to this individual for a certain period of time. We will continue to follow the department of health’s guidance and quarantine those that have come in close contact with the individual who has tested positive.

Please note that The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other privacy laws restrict us from disclosing or confirming any personally identifiable information. We cannot identify anyone who has tested positive.

Since the start of the school year, the district has been thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all buildings on campus, in accordance with guidance from the New York State Department of Health and the CDC.

Currently, our district remains open for in-person instruction under the guidance of Saratoga and Warren County Public Health. Please contact the district office if you would like more information about our health and safety procedures.
